License Non-Exclusive Terms 1. Grant Licensee the rights to use purchased musical composition for commercial purposes. 2. The license provided under this term is non-exclusive and does not permit underwritten licensee to reproduce the licensed composition in these terms for distribution purposes without notification in writing to licensor. 3. The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a one-time fee of CAD $2000.00 (before taxes) for this license where the composition is used without any additions or omissions to its original purchased structure. Licensor will retain 100% of royalties in connection with all commercially release projects with which this composition is in part of. 4. Licensee agrees to register on licensor’s behalf the composition by the name listed to composition licensed herein, for all intended media platform releases to licensee’s collection society/agency with which the licensee is a part/member of. 5. The License herein is binding for the length of two years from the date of signing. 6. The Licensee may use the licensed composition in films, advertisements, and all online platforms. 7. Either party may terminate this agreement with 60 days' notice in writing if the other party fails to comply with any of the terms. 8. Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary information related to this agreement to third parties without prior consent. 9. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
